Refund Policy

Alumni Weekend Refund Policy

We are excited to welcome you to Alumni Weekend! To ensure the best experience for all attendees, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event start date.

  • Partial refunds (50%) are available for cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the event start date.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date.

2. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation request is received.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of registration.

3. Cancellation Process

  • To request a refund, please email support@blackalumnitogether.com with your registration details and reason for cancellation.

  • You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation and refund status within 5 business days of your request.

4. Event Modifications and Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that the Alumni Weekend is canceled or rescheduled by the organizing committee, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any additional purchases made through the registration process (e.g., merchandise, donations, etc.) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Administrative fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.

6. Transfer Policy

  • Registrations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at support@blackalumnitogether.com at least 10 business days prior to the event. No transfers will be permitted after this time.

7. COVID-19 or Public Health Considerations

  • If the event is impacted by public health concerns (e.g., a pandemic), refund policies may be adjusted accordingly, and affected attendees will be notified of any changes.
