About the event
Black Alumni please join us as we go to support a fellow alumnus, Michael Vick and family, as he starts his official coaching career. The Norfolk State University (NSU) versus Virginia State University (VSU) football season opener game is on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Game time has not been announced yet. We plan to take a shuttle bus from the Washington, DC Metro Area (DMV) to Norfolk State. In addition, we plan to host a tailgate prior to the game and then take the bus back to the DMC after the game.
Please note that the shuttle bus is tentative based on the number of individuals who express interest in taking the bus. If we do not have enough people then the bus will be canceled no later than August 6th (one month in advance so that people can make alternative arrangements).
